David A. Temple is a partner at Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP, where he practices Construction Law, Products Liability, Environmental Law, Insurance Coverage Litigation, Corporate Litigation, and Professional Liability. With over twenty attorneys practicing in construction law, Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP is recognized as one of the most experienced and preeminent construction law firms in Indiana and throughout the Midwest. Mr. Temple earned his B.S. from Indiana University, his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, and was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1994.

Mr. Temple has lectured on construction law topics and is recognized as an up and coming leader in the construction law field. He is on the Board of Directors of Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and has served as the Construction Law Section's Chairman and liaison. He is also a member of Defense Research Institute, the American, Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations.
