Mr. Milford earned his B. S. from Butler University, his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis and was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1983.

Mr. Milford has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1981. During his career he has used his accounting and legal background to help his clients in the business, tax and estate planning areas.
