Robert J. Orelup is an attorney at Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP, where he practices Construction Law, Labor and Employment Law, and General Commercial Law and Litigation. With over twenty attorneys practicing in construction law, Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP is recognized as one of the most experienced and preeminent construction law firms in Indiana and throughout the Midwest. Mr. Orelup earned his B.A., with honors, from Indiana University, his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington, and was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1999.

Mr. Orelup is a frequent author and lecturer on construction and labor/employment law topics and is recognized as a leader in the labor/employment and construction labor law fields. His practice includes the handling of legal matters pertaining to labor-management relations, employment law, construction site safety issues and construction-related claims and disputes. Mr. Orelup represents all participants in the construction industry, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other employers. He is also a Certified Management Education Instructor by the National Center for Construction Education and Research.
