Sean T. Devenney is an attorney at Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP, where he practices Construction Law, Litigation, and General Civil Litigation including Complex Commercial Litigation. With over twenty attorneys practicing in construction law, Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP is recognized as one of the most experienced and preeminent construction law firms in Indiana and throughout the Midwest. Mr. Devenney earned his B.S., with high honors in Finance, from Pennsylvania State University, and his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington. Sean is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Indiana.
Mr. Devenney is a member of several construction law committees for the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. During his career, Mr. Devenney has helped clients resolve a variety of large scale complex construction disputes involving issues including construction delay, large scale cost overruns, and design errors and omissions. Mr. Devenney has represented parties involved in both public and private construction projects. Mr. Devenney has handled matters in both State and Federal trial and appellate courts.
