REAL ESTATE SERVICES:
Environmental Law & Green Building
Environmental Law
DSV’s Environmental Law attorneys represent and advise clients on various environmental-related issues, including underground storage tanks, permitting of facilities, mold and asbestos claims and related insurance coverage issues.
DSV attorneys assist clients in environmental proceedings before state and federal courts and state administrative agencies, as well as in mediation and arbitration settings. Often times an environmental issue requires analysis from other areas of law, including construction, real estate, business entity or corporate law, succession planning, and/or insurance and products liability law. DSV attorneys satisfy the needs of their individual, corporate and governmental client by working side-by-side with other DSV attorneys and outside consultants. The approach enables their clients to benefit from the collective expertise of all of our attorneys.
DSV’s attorneys work with clients involved in cost recovery or contribution suits for the clean-up of contaminated property, real estate transactions (whether as a buyer, seller, lender or developer), corporate mergers and acquisitions, the permitting process remediation and testing activities, and complex insurance coverage issues.
